Development of Resource Material:
School Radio published 15 books in Telugu,
English and Sanskrit languages. School Radio
also developed multimedia e-books, which
contain the content created by children and
youth. Ten books published as resource
material to create Radio programmes.
Stories created by children and youth:
In the process of School Radio training, children
and youth have created content on different
developmental themes chosen by them. Five
story books are published by School Radio.
Special Events:
School Radio set up a Recording Facility in
National Women’s Parliament, held at Andhra
Pradesh in the year 2017. It was a great learning
opportunity for School Radio students to meet,
interview, interact and participate in the
international event. School Radio in partnership
with Earth Day Network, has webcasted the
special programme on World Earth Day, 2020.
On the event of World Environment Day, School
Radio in collaboration with UN World
Environment Day 2020, broadcasted the special
programme created by children and parents
across India and abroad. On the occasion of
World Oceans Day, School Radio has produced
an innovative programme.
